The Post opened quietly last year in Fairview — at the location that was previously Bar One Public House — with a grand opening planned for sometime late this summer.

The owner Chuck has been in bar & restaurant management for 20+ years and worked as a server and bartender throughout his youth.

He was looking to open a bar that would cater to a more eclectic and artistic crowd in the sea of Jersey nightlife — focusing on a space for people that would appreciate good food, fun cocktails and unique events.

The menu (View Menu) is a little bit of bar classics with a “fun touch” of cuisines like Korean, Polish, Italian, and more.

They have about one hundred seats spread between the bar, high tops and booths.

It’s currently open Tuesday-Sunday from 4:00pm until 2:00am, with the kitchen being open until midnight.
