Tacoria, the “Mexican street kitchen” chain, is adding another Bergen County location.

The brand began by a couple of Rutgers grads “who really love Mexican food” and the spot is slated for Edgewater.

To be located at the Edgewater Commons shopping center with other food businesses like Cava and Starbucks, this will be their ninth location – they already operate in Hoboken, New Brunswick, Morristown, Montclair, Paramus, Piscataway, Princeton, and Jersey City.

Food is made fresh daily with no freezers and features (View Menu) tacos, nachos, burritos, salads, quesadillas and more crafted with proteins like chicken, chorizo, and carne asada along with vegan options like rajas (roasted corn, poblano peppers), fried avocado, and brussels sprouts.

The chain was named among Jersey’s best tacos earlier this year (Read Story).

Expect them to open sometime before year’s end.
